Aloe vera gel contains antibacterial properties like proteolytic enzymes which helps to heal and repair the damaged cells or skin related problems. This is the best ingredient which can be used to treat skin problem,  hair problem or health related problem and very easily available. Here I am sharing some very effective uses of aloe vera. If you  have a plant of aloe vera at your place then you are very lucky.. Don’t waste time and start utilizing aloe vera at home.


1. Skin :

Aloe vera has anti-ageing properties, helps in moisturizing your skin, keep your skin hydrated , glowing and rejuvenated.


  1. Light blemish skin:

To get back to your spotless skin, make a mixture of aloe vera gel and rose water. Apply it on your face and keep it on for 15-20 minutes. Before rinsing off the pack, gently massage it for a few minutes.


  1. Reduce Acne:

Mix a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice in 1-2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel or juice. Apply on affected skin and leave for 15 mins or overnight. Rinse  with warm water , pat the skin dry and apply oil free moisturizer. Use daily.


  1. Anti-ageing:

Our skin is naturally elastic and regains shape. Mix 1 tbsp of yogurt, 4 tbsp of pure cucumber juice and 2 tbsp aloe vera gel. Apply on Face , leave for 20 minutes and rinse off.


  1. Fight Sunburns and Tanning:

Mix 2 tbsp of aloe vera gel , 1 inch section of cucumber and 2 tbsp of yogurt. Apply on affected area, leave for 30 mins. Rinse with cool water and pat dry. Get tan free skin.


  1. Healing Benefits:

Clean wound thoroughly. Apply pulp in the wound and wrapped tightly with a bandage. It will heal wound with little or no scar. If its about insect bite apply aloe vera gel and rub gently.


  1. Moisturizing Agent:

Mix aloe vera gel and cucumber dices into a thick paste. Add oatmeal to this. Apply this on your face, and scrub it in circular motions for 5 minutes. After that let the pack stay for 10 minutes. Wash it off. It is an effective scrub to get rid of your dead skin cells. Use this to brighten and enliven your skin.

7.  Reduce Stretch Marks:

Take fresh Aloe vera gel from leaf, extract oil from vitamin E oil capsules and a vitamin A oil Capsule. Stir and apply on stretch marks. Rub it gently , leave for few minutes till dry and wash with lukewarm water.

2. Hair :

  1. Hair Growth:

Mix honey and aloe vera gel together, get a smooth mixture. Massage into your scalp to tips of your hair as tips are the most damaged part of your hair. Put shower cap and wait about 25 minutes, wash with cool water and shampoo conditioner.


  1. Reduces Dandruff:

Mix egg and aloe vera gel. Or Mix onion juice , yogurt and aloe vera gel. Massage these mixture into your scalp. Put this for 20 mins then rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow with shampoo and conditioner.


  1. Conditions Hair:

Aloe vera has conditioning properties. The moisture content of aloe vera helps condition your hair, locking in nutrients and hydration. Aloe vera’s high content of protein, vitamins, and minerals help it nourish your follicles and hair efficiently.


3. Health :

  • Aloe vera is a rich source of natural antioxidants that are good for your overall health. Consuming Aloe vera juice in your daily routine can builds immunity, it helps in treating hemorrhoids. It reduces cholesterol and regulates blood sugar. It lowers risk of Cancer. For stomach aloe vera is good , it eases heartburn and acid reflex.
