  1. LEMON:

Lemon  benefits the enzyme functions in your body, stimulating the liver and flushing out toxins.  The enzymes may help stimulate liver functions and aid in the elimination of wastes from your body. Lemons contain vitamin C and flavonoid antioxidants.



Mint is a great appetizer or palate cleanser, and it promotes digestion. Also  The strong antioxidants present in mint leaves leaves the skin with a natural glow and rehydrate dull and dry skin.



Cucumbers contain silica, which provides extra benefits to the skin. Staying hydrated will help your skin stay supple and smooth, and adding in cucumbers to your water intake means you’re getting extra nutrients.



  1. Cut lemon into thin slices.
  2. Cut cucumber into thin slices
  3. Take mint leaves.
  4. Put all 3 into a glass jar fill with water.
  5. Put overnight in refrigerator, intake whole day in place of regular water.
  6. Or You can do. Get infuser water bottle, put this ingredients into the filter fill water and put it for an hour and then use it whole day. Drink and fill. Repeat and see the change within a week.


It will definitely detoxify your body and reduce belly fat especially. Its gonna make you go washroom repeatedly, but do not bother its normal…;)
